CBIZ is one of the largest accounting and insurance brokerages in the US, with over 100 offices, 4,800 associates and 90,000 clients1290 across 31 states.
The challenge
CBIZ offers great client services, but their reps didn’t have the information to sell those services. The CBIZ catalog was a 400-page, non-searchable PDF, so consultants in the field couldn’t possibly know everything available to their clients. They needed a dynamic, real-time services guide, and lots of training. Fast.
Our solution
Cardware turned their Solutions Guide PDF into a dynamic, searchable catalog, accessible to anyone, anytime, anywhere. We provided educational materials and virtual training within their platform. We also helped them use knowledge checks to ensure field consultants were staying certified and were up to date on CBIZ services.
The results
Working with Cardware, CBIZ has been in a hyper-growth mode. In Q3 2021, CBIZ recorded revenue of $282.7 million, an increase of $44.3 million (18.6%) over 2020. We couldn’t be more proud to be part of it.
The client
One of the world’s great brands and premiere automakers, Chevrolet has over 2,400 dealerships nationwide. And every dealership needs up-to-the-minute marketing materials to sell the vehicles America wants.
The challenge
Chevrolet dealers had a big barrier to getting work done: They were unable to review marketing materials from Chevrolet and their agency—including high-res images, videos and newsletters—without impossible download times. It was also difficult to know which materials were outdated or meant for a different market. That meant sales were at risk, and every dealership is all about sales.
Our solution
The Chevrolet Hub. We replaced a clunky system of emails, links and folders with a simple user experience. We helped dealers know which assets to use, and where and when to use them—with no download time. With Cardware, updates are easy to see, the search tool is more robust, and analytics and reporting are automatic.
The results
For us, it’s all about the satisfaction of those Chevrolet dealers—and they are very satisfied. Download times plummeted, productivity grew and 100% of dealers surveyed say the Cardware app is easy, fast, and improved their engagement with Chevrolet. Together, we’re driving great results.
The client
Gold’s Gym has been pioneering the fitness industry since 1965, now with 625 gyms and 3 million members worldwide—and it’s getting stronger every day.
The challenge
Every workout is unique, and every Gold’s Gym needs to address unique needs. But their franchises were operating on various legacy systems, often inefficient. And there was no consistent way to connect their headquarters with franchises, and franchises with trainers and members. Tracking fitness success, in every way, needed to get easier.
Our solution
Cardware brought everyone together, from the CEO to the newest member, in one unified system: My Gym. Internal and external communications became easier with auto emails and push notifications. Trainers and members got an engaging app to facilitate every workout. Each franchise got its own admin portal for marketing, lead gen, trainer/member interactions, and gym analytics. We also made sure franchisees could continue using their existing CRM and POS infrastructure, which was crucial. And with thoughtful, custom design, we never lost sight of the history of the brand, which makes it the original home of serious training.
